Onboarding Call Begin with a 30 minute focused, strategic call where we get to know your brand, goals, and audience. We’ll walk you through the plan, clarify next steps, and gather key details to guide the creative and technical work ahead.

[One Off] Social Profile Optimise/Setup We’ll professionally set up 2 social media profiles of your choice (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring they reflect your brand clearly and professionally. If profiles already exist, we’ll review and optimise them — from visuals and bios to links and calls-to-action.

Google Business Profile + SEO We’ll create and optimise your Google Business Profile, helping you show up in local searches with the correct location, service and contact info. We’ll also perform basic on-page SEO for your website: keyword tagging, metadata, and content structure review — to ensure search engines can properly index your site.

4 Organic Social Posts Each month, we’ll craft 4 unique, branded posts tailored to your monthly goal and to each of your 2 selected social platforms. These are static posts designed to promote awareness, engage your audience, and reflect your brand personality. Includes relevant copy, hashtag research and high-quality graphic design.

These mobile-friendly designs are perfect for Instagram or Facebook Stories — and can include simple polls, tips, GIF-style visuals or promo slides. Great for soft CTAs or campaign reminders between your main posts.

Monthly Performance Report Stay informed with a simplified monthly report covering the essentials: reach, engagement, traffic, and Google profile visibility. We present the data clearly so you can see what’s working and where to focus next.
