These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Zoogooroo (“we”, “us”, “our”) via www.zoogooroo.com. This includes our plans, consultations, audits, digital marketing services, and custom deliverables.

By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.

 

2. SERVICES

We offer a range of digital marketing services including (but not limited to):

• Brand development & audits

• Website design using no-code platforms

• Content creation (blogs, graphics, videos)

• Strategy planning & performance reporting

• Ongoing support and monthly plan options

3. BILLING AND PAYMENT TERMS

• All pricing is clearly displayed on our website and is subject to change without notice.

• For active subscriptions, any changes to monthly pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and/or your member dashboard.

• New pricing will take effect on your next billing cycle following the notice period.

• Some services include a one-off setup fee (e.g., brand or website creation), while others are billed monthly.

• You may cancel your plan at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

• Unused deliverables within your billing period do not roll over and will be forfeited after the cycle ends.

• By purchasing a service, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, in line with your selected plan.

• Social media advertising budgets (ad spend) are not included in our plans and are billed directly by the relevant platform (e.g., Meta, Google) once your set monthly quota is reached.
   

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• You can cancel any monthly plan at any time unless otherwise stated.

• No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods or completed one-off services.

• Custom projects and digital deliverables are non-refundable once work has commenced.
   

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to information, brand assets, and feedback needed to complete your project.

• Ensure that you own or have rights to any materials (e.g. images, logos, videos) shared with us.

• Use our deliverables for lawful business purposes only.

Clients are responsible for submitting final, web-ready content including copy, logos, and imagery. If materials require significant editing, reformatting, or creative input, additional charges may apply. We will notify you in advance if your submission requires additional work.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, designs, and strategies we create for you remain your property upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential elements of your project in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
   

7. DISCLAIMER

We strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as increased sales or rankings) as success may vary due to external market factors.
 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zoogooroo is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our website or services. This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
 

9. MODIFICATIONS OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including pricing and availability.
 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Australia.
